The advantages of the suction spray gun are good operation stability and convenient paint color change. This type of spray gun is more suitable for manual spraying of our steel drums. There is a paint storage tank under this type of spray gun. We can remove this tank when we use it for spraying on steel drums. Put an oil-resistant plastic tube with a length of less than one meter on the paint suction tube (if the length is more than one meter, it may absorb paint. The negative pressure is not enough), and then insert the hose into the prepared paint bucket (the position of the paint bucket is preferably higher than the spray gun spray height during construction to strengthen the paint absorption capacity), so that the steel bucket can be sprayed continuously. There is no need to add paint to the paint tank again and again.
The disadvantage of this type of spray gun is that when spraying with the paint can that comes with the spray gun, it is more difficult to spray paint on the horizontal surface (such as the bottom and lid of the standing steel drum by hand spraying), and because the paint can has a small capacity, it is necessary to continuously add materials to the can. , And when the viscosity of the paint is different, the spray volume changes greatly. A paint storage cup is connected to the top of the gravity spray gun. The angle of the paint storage cup can be adjusted freely. Although the paint storage cup can be removed and the high-position paint storage tank can be connected to it with a hose, its paint flow is too small Coupled with poor stability, this spray gun is most suitable for multi-color sample spraying in the laboratory, and is generally not suitable for spraying on our steel drums.
The pressure-feeding spray gun is actually a high-pressure airless spray gun. It is characterized by automatically supplying paint to the spray gun by the pressure paint tank. It can spray paint with higher viscosity and the paint mist is even and fine. Since there is no air flow in the paint mist, the quality of the paint film formed is better, and the paint mist is not easy to cause scattering like an air spray gun. It is also not restricted by the spraying direction, and the sprayed surface in all directions can be sprayed.
